Hello, my name is Janet White, I live in
Newberry Florida, I have been in Alachua County all my life and have
three children,
who all live here. I worked for Alachua County for thirteen years and
have been in Real Estate for over twenty years. I also work with Deana
McLendon Real Estate Inc, (she is my daughter). We started working together
over 15 years ago as sales associates. Deana taught me how to sell real
estate and with her encouragement I obtained my Brokers License. In 1998
we had appraisers from different areas appraising properties in the area.
I felt that they did not understand the area so I went to College and
received my Appraisal License. I now not only sell real estate, but also have my own appraisal office. Please contact me if I can be of assistance to you.
